• Create and send genuine estimates to real customers.
• Share estimate links via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Collect customer acceptance.
• Use our templates for legitimate business communication.

2. What You Cannot Do

• Send false, misleading, or deceptive estimates.
• Impersonate any person or business.
• Facilitate illegal transactions or fraud.
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform at non-human volume.
• Attempt to access systems or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest any data from the platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or recreate any part of the platform’s code, design, or workflows.
• Use the platform or any data obtained from it to build a competing product or train any AI or machine learning model.
• Resell or sublicense platform access without our written permission.
• Abuse unlimited plans through automated or non-human usage.

3. Protecting Our Platform

Our code, design, user interface, and business logic are proprietary and protected by copyright and trade secret law. Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Bot and Crawler Rules

Search engines may crawl public marketing pages only in compliance with our robots.txt file. AI training bots, scrapers, and data harvesters may not access any part of this service. No automated system may access authenticated pages, user data, or estimate content. We reserve the right to block any automated access at any time. Unauthorized automated access may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and other applicable laws.

5. Fair Use

Unlimited plans are for legitimate human-created estimates for your own business. We determine fair use at our sole discretion and may limit or terminate accounts accordingly without notice or refund.

6. Consequences

Violations may result at our sole discretion in warning, suspension, termination without refund, or legal action.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
