Prohibited Uses

You may not use EstimateLock to:

• Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive estimates
• Conduct any unlawful business activity
• Impersonate any person or business
• Circumvent security controls or attempt unauthorized access
• Deploy bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the platform
• Facilitate discrimination in violation of applicable law
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Collect customer information under false pretenses
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate contractor estimate management

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.
