To run the service and keep your account working. To send transactional emails like login links and reminders. To process payments. To prevent fraud and abuse. To improve the product. To comply with legal obligations when required. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email delivery. We also use infrastructure and hosting providers including Neon for database hosting and Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS protection. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. We keep estimate and customer data for as long as reasonably needed to run the service and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by using the account deletion feature in your profile settings, or by emailing privacy@estimatelock.com. We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by applicable law or to resolve outstanding disputes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold. To make a request email privacy@estimatelock.com. We may respond to verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law. We reserve the right to verify your identity and decline requests not required by applicable law.

To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@estimatelock.com with subject line: Data Deletion Request. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. GDPR — EEA and UK Users

Our legal bases for processing include contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation. You may have additional rights under applicable data protection law subject to applicable exceptions and limitations.

7. California Residents

We implement technical measures we deem appropriate to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
